Five years ago we traded Santiago for the slow rhythm of Patagonia. Bories is our home — a heritage country house on nine hectares by the fjord, with original landscape photography on every wall. Not a hotel: a place to come back to.
Our house was once part of the Bories Cold Storage Plant of 1914 — today a National Heritage site. It keeps the materials and quiet of its golden age, minutes from Torres del Paine country.
